The Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) convened its 67th Board of Commissioners (BOC) Meeting on November 25, 2025, at the NexGen Tower in Pasay City. With 6 out of 9 board members present, the meeting emphasized the importance of a whole-of-government approach towards addressing the issues and promoting the welfare of overseas Filipinos.



CFO Chairperson, Secretary Dante โKlinkโ Ang II highlighted the CFOโs strategic pivot over the past year, shifting from providing frontline services to becoming an agency that engages the diaspora to become partners in national development. The CFO presented updates to its EVP and Au pair programs and discussions steered towards collaboration on the revision of guidelines and program improvements.



The CFO Board of Commissioners includes the CFO Secretary as the chair, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) as the vice-chair, and its members, CFOโs Executive Director, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Tourism (DOT), Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Presidential Communications Office (PCO).
