Need for Training Certificates (NTC) are issued to Exchange Visitor Program participants, specifically to Filipino licensed physicians, to extend their training program in the United states.
The issuance of the NTC shall be made on a ONE (1) YEAR BASIS and on PER PROGRAM BASIS to facilitate the monitoring of the program.
Issuance of the No Objection Statement is not applicable for those receiving graduate medical education or training.
