The Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) guided Fulbright scholars in using the Overseas Filipinos-CFO Online Registration System (OF-CORS) during the 2025 Fulbright Pre-Departure Orientation organized by Fulbright Philippines – Philippine-American Educational Foundation (PAEF).
The Fulbright scholarship is part of the U.S. Department of State's Exchange Visitor Program (EVP). To ensure the welfare of Filipinos participating in the program, the EVP Committee of the Philippines, through the CFO, registers and conducts Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) to Filipino J1-Visa holders.
